Instructions for use

• Shake gently before use.
• Take 1 ml Shilajit Tincture twice a day under the tongue or in a small amount of water or mixed with a drink (temperature up to 39°C) for best results.
• 1 pipette is approximately 1ml
• Best Time to Take: For optimal results, use in the morning and early afternoon to reap the energizing effects throughout the day.
